Stock technical analysis and candlestick reading
How do you draw trend lines, read support and resistance, or interpret long wicks? Start with your question and separate chart locations, reasoning and conditions that still need confirmation.
What should you look at first?
Technical analysis seeks verifiable clues in price action and volume. If you can open charts but are unsure where to focus, start with the overall trend, then support/resistance, then local candle patterns. This organizes observations, not certain predictions.
Different markets, the same chart-reading questions
When reading US, Taiwan, Japanese or Korean stock charts, first check the symbol, date and timeframe, then follow the highs and lows. Check the chart tool’s colors against open and close prices rather than assuming colors mean the same thing everywhere.
How can AI stock analysis help?
AIKTalk is an AI candlestick analysis tool. Look up a stock by name or symbol to create an available historical chart, or upload your own image to explore trends, support and resistance, possible patterns and reasoning. Compare your observations with the AI. Data dates vary by stock; analysis does not automatically add live quotes, company fundamentals or news.
