Do I need a screenshot? How do I choose a chart source?

Either route works. If you have a stock in mind, look up available historical candles by name or symbol, choose a range and submit it. If you already have a chart to examine, upload it. Both offer chart markers and reasoning; choose the source that fits your task.

Which markets and chart sources are supported?

Stock lookup includes available historical data for Taiwan, US, Japanese and Korean stocks, not every stock in each market. Check the exchange, source and dates in the search results. You can also upload your own stock chart; uploads are not restricted by exchange. AIKTalk interprets visible trends, support and resistance, and possible patterns without filling in information outside the chart.

Accepting a screenshot does not mean analysis quality has been validated for every market. Japanese and Korean stocks have not yet completed separate market-specific quality validation. Check each marker and its reasoning; unidentified information or details missing from the image should not be treated as confirmed.

Why is a stock or date range unavailable?

Search shows stocks with enough available historical data; it does not guarantee every instrument or trading day. The same symbol may belong to different markets, so check the name and exchange. If the stock, range or interval you need is unavailable, upload your own chart. Missing market data is not filled in automatically.

Are these live quotes? How recent is the data?

Lookup provides historical data, not live intraday quotes. Updates use data available after each market closes; source delays or gaps can leave stocks with different latest dates. Check the “Data as of” date in search results and on the chart, and do not treat a historical analysis as the current market.

Can I use AIKTalk directly in an AI chat?

Sign in on the AIKTalk website, then look up a stock or upload a chart to submit an analysis. Analysis inside AI chat platforms is not currently available.

Which images work best?

Include clear candles, a full price swing, symbol, date, timeframe and price axis. Include volume for volume analysis. PNG, JPG or WebP, up to 12 MB. Hide personal information before uploading.

Which timeframes are supported?

Stock lookup offers daily and weekly candles, with 60, 120 or 200 bars or a custom date range, up to 200 bars per chart. Availability depends on the stock; the first and last weekly bars may cover partial weeks. Uploaded screenshots may use other intervals; keep the interval label visible.

Why are pattern markers sometimes absent?

Pattern markers may be absent when no pattern meets the criteria or the image lacks enough information.

Does analysis provide entry and exit prices?

Analysis provides areas to watch and confirmation or invalidation conditions, not personalized entry or exit instructions.

Can I close the page after submitting an analysis?

You can close the page once upload is confirmed. Check progress in Analysis records; History keeps the three latest successful analyses.

Why does an older result stay in its original language?

New analyses use the interface language selected when submitted. Changing the interface updates the site labels but does not translate or regenerate earlier AI results. Select the desired language before submitting a new analysis; a new successful analysis uses credits under the normal rules.

What does “Not identified” or missing volume commentary mean?

It means the result could not establish that information. It does not mean a price of zero, no risk or zero trading volume. Check the symbol, timeframe, price axis and volume in the source chart. Missing information cannot be reconstructed from the number of markers or confidence labels.

How do I get the latest history or refund status?

Reload the page to fetch current information. History, the shop and refunds do not refresh on a timer. Check submitted analysis jobs in the workspace’s analysis records; after submission is confirmed, the page does not need to stay open.
