Occasional use: credit packs
No subscription needed; purchased credits can accumulate. The first-purchase offer is limited to once per service account. A subscription does not use your credit-pack first-purchase eligibility.

How are credits used?
Each accepted analysis reserves 1 credit. It is charged only on successful completion; failed or timed-out analyses release the reservation.
Do credits expire?
Paid credits accumulate and each batch is valid for one year from issuance. While the service operates normally, unused balances automatically extend for another year at no cost or request. Issued credits remain usable after cancelling renewal. Trial credits expire 72 hours after claiming.
Cancellation and refunds
Cancel future renewals in Credit management; cancellation is not a refund. First subscriptions qualify under the first-subscription refund policy within seven days of payment only if all credits from that payment are unused and none are reserved for an ongoing analysis. Repeat subscriptions and renewals do not qualify. See the refund policy for full terms and other refund situations.
Web supports Traditional Chinese, English, Japanese and Korean. Language does not determine purchase eligibility. New purchases use the signed-in store quote; existing subscriptions retain their contract terms. These are not App in-app purchase plans.
