Terms of service
Using the service or completing payment means you have read and agree to these terms. Consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded still apply.

The service generates AI interpretations of technical structure from chart screenshots you provide. Results may be incomplete or incorrect and are not investment advice, solicitation, quotes, trading signals or promises of returns. You must verify information and take responsibility for investment decisions.
2. Account and security
Provide truthful, reachable contact information and secure your sign-in methods. Do not resell or share access, abuse the service through automation, or upload illegal or rights-infringing content. Notify support immediately if your account is compromised.
3. Credits and payments
Each successfully completed chart analysis uses one credit, reserved at the start and released on failure or timeout. Unexpired trial credits are used first, followed by paid credits in issuance order. The free trial is once per service account: one credit valid for 72 hours after claiming.
Paid subscription and one-time credits under new Taiwan plans accumulate. Each batch is valid for one year from delivery; while the service operates normally, unused balances extend automatically for another year at no charge, without an application. Issued credits remain usable after cancellation or expiry. Monthly and annual plans both deliver 30 credits each subscription month, calculated from the subscription start date in Taiwan time; if a month lacks that date, delivery occurs at month-end. Annual plans deliver 360 credits per year monthly, not all at once. Unpaid new periods receive no credits. Overseas and historical products retain original purchase benefits; this Taiwan plan change does not change overseas prices. Prices, currencies, intervals and quantities follow checkout confirmation.
4. Subscriptions
Monthly and annual subscriptions renew automatically until canceled or a renewal charge fails. Cancellation takes effect at period-end; plan switches take effect according to the next-period schedule shown in Credit management.
5. Intellectual property and uploaded content
You retain rights to lawfully uploaded content and authorize processing only as necessary for analysis, security checks and keeping historical results. Site code, interface and brand content are protected by applicable law.
6. Service changes and liability
Maintenance, security incidents or third-party failures may cause interruptions. If the service closes, unused paid benefits will be handled under applicable law and announced procedures. These terms do not exclude statutory liability or limit consumer rights. Any ambiguity is interpreted in favor of consumers under the Consumer Protection Act.
7. Governing law and disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of China (Taiwan). Parties should first seek resolution through support. Court jurisdiction follows the Consumer Protection Act and Code of Civil Procedure; these terms do not exclude any jurisdiction consumers may lawfully choose.
8. Notice of material changes
For material service, subscription-price or terms changes affecting paid benefits, we will notify you by site announcement or email before they take effect, explaining the effective date and impact on existing users. Price changes do not retroactively add charges for paid periods. Changes to future renewal prices are notified before the applicable renewal charge so you can decide whether to continue. Urgent security incidents or legal requirements may prevent advance notice; we will explain as soon as practicable.
